  4. My BQA certificate has expired, what do I do?

    You can log in to our online platform or attend an in person course to get recertified! To log in, please go to our learning center. For BQA Beef Quality Assurance LMS - Home (beeflearningcenter.org) for BQAT Beef Quality Assurance Transportation LMS - Home (beeflearningcenter.org). To find an in person course please go to In-Person Training (bqa.org).

  5. I'm working on the course but it won’t let me advance, what do I do?

    • Use a laptop or desktop computer, the videos do not play well on mobile phones or iPads.
    • Use Chrome.
    • Check your Internet connection.

  6. How many credits do I need for recertification?

    You need 3 credits to become recertified.

  7. How long is the BQA certification good for?

    Your certificate will be active for 3 years.

  8. How do I know I've completed the online modules?

    Once you have completed all 14 modules and the final exam with a passing score, your certificate will be available in your certificate history and also emailed to your email inbox.

  9. How many continuing education credits can you take during a renewal period?

    You can take 3 credits during a renewal period. If you take any additional credits they will not count towards a renewal. You can begin to take credits again after your subsequent renewal date.

  10. I completed my 3 continuing education credits where's my new certificate?

    Your next certificate will appear in your dashboard and be emailed to you after your current certificate expires.
